PHASES SUN: At the start of your turn, each enemy adjacent to you takes fire and radiant damage equal to your Strength modifier. You also gain resist 5 cold. Moon: You gain a bonus to AC equal to the number of conscious enemies adjacent to you. You also gain resist 5 psychic. Stars: Whenever an enemy’s attack misses you, you can teleport a number of squares equal to your Strength modifier as a free action. You also gain resist 5 radiant.

Bio:

Tach was always a strange one even from birth when he was born under an eclipse. During his childhood, he heard things calling to him. He picked up their language, primordial, which the other shifters took as speaking in tongues. His attunement to the universe led to his innate sorcerous power and also his innate weirdness.
